Verticalfashion.com reserves the right to confirm the availability of the items purchased as well as to verify the validity of the credit card transaction and this will also be done by checking details of the previous transactions made by the Customer on verticalfashion.com.
If ordered items were not available, or for any other reason the order can not be processed as requested by customer, verticalfashion.com will immediately send a communication to the customer.
Prices and currency
All orders shipped are accompanied by an invoice when requested or by purchase receipt in other cases. Prices are expressed in Euros and at the bottom of the document is indicated the exact total amount of the purchase, as provided by the rules governing the international trade.
For any reason Customer can return his order, in whole or in part and can request a refund or a change.

In case of acceptance of the defective return verticalfashion.com will refund the purchase price of the item, the shipping charges and the customs charges.
In case the initial shipment took place in DDU mode, with charges and customs duties paid at destination, these amounts will be refunded only if all the documentation of the expenses incurred will be sent to verticalfashion.com .
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, as regulated by the Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumption Code).
This right can only be exercised by "Customers" consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or business activities).
